This early medium-density development was designed in conjunction with an adjacent property on Victoria Road requiring vehicle access to residential apartments through the Ground Floor of this apartment complex. The accessway was combined with garaging for the eight apartments above and a central light well allows natural light into each apartment.

Six of the apartments face South-West towards the Auckland City skyline with balconies overlooking the busy streets of Devonport village, while two further rear apartments face North-East towards Mount Victoria and take full advantage of the sun with private landscaped courtyards.
