Complex heritage planning constraints meant that no vehicle access could be provided from Victoria Road so an alternative solution was designed to allow access from a service lane behind the building. This allowed the apartments to engage with the streetscape and reduced vehicle congestion on this busy corner. The main façade is broken up into four sections, reflecting the scale of neighbouring heritage buildings.
